I just wanted to say that I found your site via Goolge and I am glad I did. Keep up the good work and I will make sure to bookmark you for when I have more free time away from the books. Thanks again!

Please answer the following according to Shariah, Quran and Islamic Laws:

1. What is the fate of the executed soul of a murderer in the Aqirah (life here-after) just like in Saddam Hussein Case (if he was a murderer) ? Will his soul rests among Martyrs or goes to Hell (if he is a murderer)?

2. What are the authorities given to the ruler by Allah or Sharia and Quran in terms of punishing his people or execute his people for their crimes, or wrong doings, ie. does the ruler have authority to punish?
Does the court have the right to punish him or he should be punished by Allah alone?

3. What is the purpose of Capital Punishment, hanging and execution according to Islam and Shariah?

4. Does his execution makes him free of his crime and deeds...and ultimately purifties his soul and makes him a Martyr?

5. Is there an alternate punishment allowed in Islam instead of hanging or killing like a life prisonment?

6. Was there a demand of Qasas (life for life) from the families of executed people in case of Saddam Hussein? Was this evidence presented during the casehearing?

7. If Saddam is not a murderer then the people executed hinm are murderers, then they should be executed then this execution will keep on going in circles?

8. Where does Democracy fits in Islamic Laws and Shariah?

9. Other countries like Jerusalem keeping their ruler on life support even though they have committed war crimes and genocide, then whats wrong in Saddam's case, why they treated their own with so much cruelty?

10. If Saddam's execution is in the name of DEMOCRACY....where does his hanging fit in Democracy?

What would be the punishment in the following situation :
A muslim man marries a christian woman. They have a son. The son is then baptized and raised in a christian way.
Can you please give me some info abou this and do you have some links on the Internet? Thanks, Nicky

"it is the individual’s belief, the individual’s God-consciousness and taqwa—that inherent and innate quality which makes one want to refrain from what displeases God and do what pleases Him."

The immediate question to pop into my head is how does this effect differing interpretations of God's will?

How would it be applied to an Athiest?

To an Agnostic?

Would not their very thought patterns make them criminal?

How would or shouldSharian Law be applied in a case involving "infidels" ( another concept in need of definition and reasoned interpretation)?
